Located on vibrant Main Street in downtown Sarasota, OfKors (1359 Main St.) specializes in masterful European bread baked the old-fashioned way, using minimal ingredients and no additives. This traditional approach extends to the labor itself—owners Alex and Marie Korsykov start baking at 4 a.m. to ensure fresh loaves, crepes, bagels, donuts, desserts, and whole cakes are available daily. OfKors also offers gluten-free options, prioritizing quality by sourcing predominantly organic ingredients from local farmers. Eat local!

While the baked goods may be made in traditional fashion, the décor is anything but old-fashioned. OfKors warmly welcomes guests into a modern, Instagram-worthy setting. Scrolling their Instagram is like pressing your face against a display case filled with vibrant delicacies. Need proof? Check out their Instagram.

With an extensive menu, OfKors caters to any craving. They offer caprese ciabatta with beef or salmon, stuffed bagels and croissants, apple crumbles, éclairs, and macarons. You can also buy bags of brioche, pans of quiche, and slices of meringue cheesecake. Whole cakes are available, making OfKors a tempting spot if you’re on a diet—but well worth a cheat meal (or two). Check out the complete menu here.
