Score up to 35% off Tampa Bay Rays tickets by being a Suncoast Credit Union member

There are two things we always love: saving money on a good deal, and going to Tampa Bay Rays baseball games. The locally-run Suncoast Credit Union is, much to our pleasure, making it possible to do both at the same time.

Our go-to local financial institution for years, Suncoast just launched a new member perk offering Rays ticket deals for Suncoast Credit Union members. The deal is as simple as it is wonderful: all Suncoast members get 35% off up to four tickets per game to select Rays home games. No catch, no hoops. Just fill out a short form on the Suncoast website, select your preferred games, and your exclusive promo code will be emailed to you directly.

For current members, it’s yet another great deal, and it comes on the back of Suncoast’s giveaway where three members will win trips to the FIFA World Cup matches in Miami. The daily banking perks are excellent as it is, but opportunities like these and BOGO tickets to area attractions like ZooTampa help Suncoast stand out.

That said, if you aren’t a Suncoast member but you’ve been looking for somewhere reliable to bank, consider this your sign to go somewhere with great perks. You can easily open your account online, or stop by any Suncoast Credit Union branch and their friendly staff will be happy to help you.

Meanwhile, Suncoast is turning those Rays games into support for our community. All season long, Suncoast is donating $79 to local nonprofits for every single hit the Rays rack up. Just in the first week of May alone, 50 hits by the red-hot Rays turned into $3,950 going to support Tampa Bay Area nonprofits. Each time the Rays get a base hit, $79 ($1 for each of Suncoast’s 79 branches) is put into a bucket and two nonprofits compete for their share of donations each month, totaling up to $10,000 per month.

Suncoast is banking with big perks

Current Suncoast members know that getting free access to fun experiences is nothing new. The credit union already offers members a long list of local perks, including all-year round BOGO tickets to MOSI, and now Glazer Children’s Museum, too.

New to Suncoast? Be sure to check out their offer for a free ZooTampa pass when you open your account. You even get free ATM use at places like Publix and Wawa. Plus, you’re giving back 4 cents to community organizations in Tampa every time you swipe your debit card. It’s feel-good banking that benefits you and your neighbors.

And because education is in the Suncoast Credit Union DNA, they even offer several free financial wellness courses to help you tackle important topics such as how to buy your first home or how to develop a business plan.

Of course, one of the major benefits of a credit union is that profits are returned to members through lower rates on loans, higher earnings on deposits, and more free services. Learn more and join Suncoast Credit Union here.

And don’t forget to go for discounted tickets for Rays games all season long.
